• Set up and operate equipment that converts large rolls of paperboard into sheets and/or coats and laminates rolls of paperboard to film, foil or other rolls of paperboard. 
• The goal is to manufacture products meeting the highest level of quality while maintaining optimum machine speed. 

• High school diploma or equivalent required 

• Must have a strong mechanical aptitude with experience working with heavy machinery, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a strong team spirit are essential. 
• Experience in sheeting, coating, laminating, printing or in a similar industry is a plus.
• Basic math skills required 
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs 
• Must be able to Read, write and communicate in English.  

• Install all types of insulation including spray foam, cellulose, and fiberglass.
• Operate equipment and ensure it’s maintained in good working condition.
• Stay on schedule and complete projects efficiently.

• Construction or painting experience preferred, but not limited to fiberglass batting, spray foam, blown-in, or airless paint sprayer.

• As a Lead Spray Foam Installer, you’ll take charge of a crew and oversee spray foam insulation projects for both residential and commercial clients.

• 3+ years of experience in spray foam insulation (2 years will be considered)
• Experience leading a crew or team on job sites
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of spray foam equipment and maintenance
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and work in extreme temperatures
• Familiarity with OSHA protocols (OSHA 10 certification preferred)
