Wicked Staffing Solutions is expanding! We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Coordinator (aka Recruiter) located in our Dover, NH Branch. Successful candidates will be self-motivated and have the drive to succeed. Experience should include filling in a fast-paced environment for skilled and non-skilled positions.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
The Senior Talent Coordinator at Wicked Staffing Solutions is the voice & face of the company to our workers and our clients. The Senior Talent Coordinator is a trainer and mentor to our Talent Coordinators. This role is deeply involved in the office operations, recruiting and training. The Senior Talent Coordinator reports to the Branch Manager.
- Provide or act as back up to answer incoming telephone calls and email queries and check and respond to voicemail messages.
- Continuous adherence and mentoring of all interviewing and recruiting processes.
- Enter and maintain open orders.
- Review of applicant’s information for accuracy and completion.
- Support for injuries and/or follow-up on worker’s compensation claims.
- Investigate & assist with payroll discrepancies.
- Write clear notes in the database for all temporary employee and client interaction (call outs, injuries, feedback on performance, submittals, calling in for work).
- Assist under direction of Branch Manager the hiring, counseling, and promoting of personnel to ensure that a highly competent, trained, and professional branch staff is maintained.
- Coach and mentor Talent Coordinators.
- Work closely with sales relative to marketing candidates and directing type(s) of candidates available to aid the sales process.
- Continuous monitoring and improvement of recruiting resources.
- Significant marketing of applicants through intensive job searching via internet recruiting.
- Posting jobs in the database, social media, and career centers in coordination.
- Seek out, coordinate, and participate in Open Houses and Job Fairs.
- Resume searching using a variety of search engines.
- Screen/ interview candidates to determine skills, work history, interests, and availability.
- Submit candidates to clients and follow-up by arranging interviews when needed.
- Assure that workers have clear information about their assignments: locations, duties, pay, supervisor, duration, and expectations on WRTK
- Check references and employee verification, as needed.
- Develop relationships with hiring managers at active accounts and maintain communication to prevent issues or address issues immediately when they arise.
- Counsel temporary employees on job performance, attitude, hygiene, etc.
- Assist with investigations into any reports of harassment or any other non-workers comp related. These must be reported to WSS HR immediately.
- Hire and fire temporary employees with guidance and approval of their senior level supervisor.
- Tour client facilities-as needed.
- Assist with unemployment claims.
- Represent Wicked Staffing Solution at unemployment hearings-as needed.
- Understand and enforce basic labor laws.
- Must pass and receive a 10-hour OSHA card.
- Meet daily & weekly recruiting and submittal requirements.
- OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED WITH NO NOTICE
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience of recruiting, staffing or similar human resources experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably recruiting for skilled & entry level positions.
- Training and Development skills.
- Excellent telephone skills and personal presentation.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite and knowledge of staffing software programs.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Self-motivated and directed.
- The ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
- Ability to maintain a positive and upbeat company image at all times.
- Able to multitask and have the ability to be flexible with differences in workload and scheduling.
- Ability to meet or exceed daily quotas.
- Regular attendance with minimal unscheduled absences.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
