Job Description
Title: Returns Associate
Type of Placement: Temp 1 year contract
Shift: 1st Shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday- Friday
Pay/Pay Range: $16.00hrly

Summary:
Responsible for all functions in the Distribution Center with safety as a priority and ensuring the highest level of quality to our customers around the world.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Sort, count, package, label, unpack and/or log inventory which is shipped or received
- Inspect materials for damages or defects; record discrepancies or damages and notify supervisor
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)/Home School equivalency
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must be a team player
- Willingness to learn new skills, expand job knowledge, and adapt to a changing environment
- Show initiative to improve your skills, job knowledge, and factory processes
- Follow company policies regarding attendance, safety requirements and PPE
Environmental Conditions:
- Working in a warehouse can be a noisy, busy place with many warehouse operations.
- It can be cold or warm environment depending on season.
Physical Capabilities:
- Must be able to: stand for 8 hours and move from role to role or sedentary standing; lift light to moderate amounts of weight; perform repetitive upper extremity motions and repetitive forceful grip/pinch movement requiring both hands.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
