Title – Raw Goods Receiver Lead
Type of Placement - Temp-Perm
Shift - 7:00am-3:30pm Monday - Friday
Pay: $16.00

SUMMARY:
The Raw Goods Receiver Lead is responsible for the bulk of the inventory stock that comes into the company for customer orders. This position is responsible for maintaining the proper amount of stock for the production workers to complete customer orders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Communicate with supervisor to ensure accuracy in:
- Receiving finished goods, client-supplied merchandise, and tour returns.
- Count and verify SKUs.
- Request more inventory stock from the Purchaser for restock.
- Submit purchase orders to appropriate departments.
- Prepare end of day reports and distributes to all necessary parties. Maintain daily real-time receiving log.
- Inventory counts and warehouse transfers:
- Assign rolling cycle counts and perform annual physical counts.
- Complete adjustments and issues upon request.
- May operate dolly and/or pallet jack in loading/unloading supplies and equipment.
- May operate shrink-wrap machine.
- May assist in routine maintenance of equipment and shipping area.
- May lock loading doors.
- Follows established departmental policies, produces, objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives and safety / environmental / infection control standards.

- Forklift
- Pallet Jack
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Computer experience is a must.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Suite required, Sage 100 a plus.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Reading and math aptitude skills.
- Professionalism and diplomacy.
- Organizational, planning and time management skills.
Environmental Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat and humidity. The noise level in work environment is usually moderate.
