Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Bilingual Lead Production Operator with a strong background in food manufacturing, preferably in bottling or brewing. This is a working lead role—not a desk job—requiring active participation on the production floor. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of leading by example.

This is a working lead role—not a desk job—requiring active participation on the production floor. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of leading by example.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a production team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Train team members on processes, safety, and quality standards
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with production specifications
- Manage daily orders and coordinate packaging for shipment
- Communicate effectively with Managers and Supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Adapt to a flexible schedule; shift ends when production is complete
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a food manufacturing environment
- Experience in bottling or brewing is a strong plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours as needed
