Lead Spray Foam Installer
Direct Hire
SUMMARY:
- As a Lead Spray Foam Installer, you’ll take charge of a crew and oversee spray foam insulation projects for both residential and commercial clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Leading and mentoring your team, helping them develop their skills
- Operating and maintaining spray foam equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Solving on-the-job challenges quickly and effectively
- Communicating with clients to keep them informed and address any concerns
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized job site from start to finish.
Requirements:
- No facial hair on cheeks and neck due to respirator use.
- Must be able to work in the US.
- Must speak English. Bilingual is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in spray foam insulation (2 years will be considered)
- Experience leading a crew or team on job sites
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of spray foam equipment and maintenance
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
- Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and work in extreme temperatures
- Familiarity with OSHA protocols (OSHA 10 certification preferred)
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

- You’re not comfortable working in various environments like attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
- You’re unable to work on ladders, scaffolding, or operate a forklift.
- You don’t have a valid driver’s license or a clean driving record.
- You can’t work overtime or out of town when the job requires.
- · Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment under pressure
- · Basic math and computer skills for tracking materials and time
- · Willingness to work overtime and occasionally travel for out-of-town projects

Education:
- High school diploma or GED
Pay Rate:
- Competitive Pay: $28/hour, with profit-sharing potential—total compensation between $60,000 and $65,000 per year
