Shift: 1st Shift — Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM until finish (flexibility required)

Job Summary
Wicked Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support a growing food production company in Chelsea, MA. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely shipment of products while maintaining a safe and efficient shipping environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in shipping operations, forklift operation, and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and process outgoing shipments accurately
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift and other material-handling equipment
- Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and staging of shipments
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to meet shipping deadlines
- Enter and maintain shipping data using NetSuite
- Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a similar shipping/warehouse role
- Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
- Experience loading trucks in a production or warehouse environment
- Familiarity with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work early morning shifts and remain flexible as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
