Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling electro-mechanical products, interpreting assembly prints, and working with a variety of components. This role involves building sub-assemblies, preparing parts, and ensuring that all units meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electro-mechanical sub-assemblies based on work instructions, assembly drawings, and bill of materials (BOM).
  • Interpret basic assembly prints and follow detailed work instructions to ensure proper assembly of components.
  • Perform component preparation, including measuring, cutting, and assembling parts to required specifications.
  • Clean and prepare units, components, and parts before assembly or shipment.
  • Verify accuracy of sub-assemblies by inspecting and testing completed units.
  • Ensure that all parts are organized, labeled, and stored properly for easy access during the assembly process.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and rework of assemblies as needed to meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Report any discrepancies in parts or materials to the supervisor.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or related field.
  • Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical components.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly prints, schematics, and BOMs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic measurement instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Good communication skills 
  • Ability to read and write English 
  • Basic math and computer skills 
Education/Certification
•    High school diploma or GED
This customer is an ITAR registered corporation. Candidates must be able to demonstrate upon hire that they are either US Citizens or lawful Permanent Residents of the US.
