Wicked Staffing Solutions is expanding! We are looking for an experienced Direct Placement Recruiter to sit in our corporate office in Londonderry, NH. Successful candidates will be self-motivated and have the drive to succeed. Experience should include professional and/or manufacturing recruiting.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Responsible for recruiting direct, temp to hire, and temp positions in the New England area.
  • The recruiter will source, interview, and present qualified candidates to our clients.
  • Must be an outside the box thinker when it comes to sourcing candidates.
  • Ability to network, utilize job boards, and build a candidate network.
  • Creative & outside the box thinker. Ability to create eye catching job descriptions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to market screened candidates.
  • Must be able to obtain and understand our company customers job descriptions, benefits, company culture, environment, idiosyncrasiesand negative qualities as well and create an all-encompassing profile to be presented to possible candidates expressing interest and/or applying with WSS for that open job order.
  • Required to enter all data into the WSS ATS (Avionte) on a consistent and daily basis.  This includes all emails, phone conversations, interview notes, warnings, doctor’s notes etc. etc.
  • Business to business calls must be made regularly to current customers and/or new/prospective customers to learn about their business, requirements, products, environment, culture etc.
  • Prioritize daily job orders with little to no direction.
  • Communicate with Account Executives regularly regarding their open job orders.  Take the initiative and ask the Account Executive for more information if it is needed to make a good placement.
  • Communicate with applicants/candidates about client interviews and feedback.  Need to be willing and able to turn down applicants if the customer decides they are not a good fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate applicant interviews with customers.
  • Must conduct phone pre-screens and interviews as well as face to face in-house interviews and/or video interviewing.  
  • Reference checks are required to be checked on applicants that our customer is interested in interviewing/hiring.  This must be done quickly and thoroughly.
  • Set-up, attend, coordinate and represent WSS at business expositions, school events, job fairs, job panel discussions and affiliation events on a regular basis.
  • Understand and be able to verbalize what WSS does and represents as well as what our customers do and represent.
  • Uphold and maintain the WSS standards of quality, efficiency, and safety at all times.
  • Be a positive member of our working environment and contribute any talents that may be beneficial to WSS.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • May be required to attend meetings and participate in certain areas such as marketing or other areas.
  • May be required to travel out of state from time to time to attend trade organization events for several days up to a week.
  • Required to be active on all social media used by WSS for recruiting purposes.
  • Must meet required weekly metrics.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recent recruiting experience recruiting for any of the following specialties: administrative, financial, professional, or manufacturing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • This position is located in Londonderry, NH. Remote & hybrid work is not an option.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Creative & savvy social media user.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
