Title: Customer Service/Accounts Payable 
Type of Placement: Temp to Perm
Shift: 1st Shift 8:30am-5:00pm Monday- Friday
Pay/Pay Range: $20.00 hrly

The company was founded as a service organization and today maintains a highly trained service department. Preventive maintenance filter service programs, filter bank repair and upgrades, clean room audits, ductwork video inspections, and IAQ investigations are just a few of their services.

Office position will have many responsibilities within the office environment by maintaining great Customer Service and Accounts Payable skills. 
Customer Service:
  • Provide account information to customers including but not limited to account balances, histories, order status, and pricing.
  • Provide timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
  • Build effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about the products and services that are most appropriate for their situation.
  • Research special products within product line to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendor contacts to ensure customer orders are kept on track.
    Accounts Payable:
  • Voucher Vendor Invoicing
  • Troubleshoot Invoice discrepancies.
  • Tax Forms
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong sense of urgency when it comes to answering customer inquiries, complaints, and other requests.
  • A competitive spirit and a drive to meet/exceed both company and individual goals.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • PC proficiency, Microsoft Office skills required - especially Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, good follow-up, quick to adapt to new tasks and have an exceptional work ethic.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Environmental Conditions:
  • Standard office environment contains furniture and equipment to conduct common business activities.
