Job Title:
Commercial Customer Service Account Manager
Summary: Assists current commercial insurance customers with a wide variety of needs regarding their accounts. Liaison between Insurance company, agents and clients.
Location: Bedford, NH (Not Remote)
Hours: 8-4 Monday through Friday
Pay: $50-60K based on experience
May earn commission and mid-year raise as book of business increases
Job Duties:
- Customer Service for large volume commercial insurance accounts
- Prepare and give quotes on different insurance options
- Prepare quote comparisons
- Assist with renewals
- Issue Certificates of Insurance
- Communicate with underwriters to meet binding guidelines
- Identify gaps in coverage
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have NH property and casualty license
- Must have experience handling a large book of business
- Must possess excellent customer service and care skills
- Candidate should be willing to pitch in to assist other duties
