Salary:
Salary is based on experience. The range is $60K-68K, plus monthly commission.

Territory
Based in our Lowell, MA branch, the Business Development Representative territory would include Southern NH & Greater Boston area. Training will be based in our Londonderry, NH office. Relocation is not available, local candidates only. This requires the Account Manager to be onsite only with local travel to clients within the territory.
The Business Development Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Primary Responsibilities– prospecting, cold calling, pipeline management
- Secondary Responsibilities – client visits, recruiter collaboration, upsell efforts
- Administrative/Support– reporting, attending meetings, safety walkthroughs
Requirements:
- Minimum and recent 2 years of cold calling / prospecting with either outside sales /or inside sales
- Must have recent experience with business-to-business sales
- Must pass and receive a 10-hour OSHA card (Course will be provided by WSS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Training and developmental skills
- Self-motivated and directed.
- The ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
- Strong computer skills, must be able to navigate databases, find leads online
- Financial and decision-making skills.
- Able to maintain a positive and upbeat company image.
- Able to multitask and can be flexible with differences in workload and scheduling.
- Regular attendance with minimal unscheduled absences
- Willingness and ability to network outside of regular work hours.
- Willingness and ability to do outside sales.
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s License/ Good driving record
- Maintain a clean driving record
