Job Description

Title: Assembler 
Type of Placement: Temp to Hire 
Shift: 1st Shift 5:30am-4:00pm Monday – Thursday (10hour shift)
Pay/Pay Range: $18.00hrly

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly process, ensuring that products are built accurately and efficiently. This position requires someone who is focused and detail oriented and has the patience and ability to work on hand assembling products. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for ensuring the product is assembled correctly to specification.
 
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Production and assemble of carbon fiber pool sticks 
  • Hand tools used to drill, sand and perform quality checks 
  • Epoxy work (a liquid that is heat resistant, it hardens and turns into durable plastic) filling hollow shafts with the epoxy and ensuring that it is a even weight. 
  • Other duties may be assigned as assisting as a machine operator and assisting with inventory.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES 
  • Experience working in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently with minimum supervision. 
  • Must be able to speak and read in English
  • Ability to pass a standard background check and inhouse drug test. 
 
Environmental Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment that requires ability to pay close attention to details. Working in temperature-controlled areas.
 
Physical Capabilities:
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and be able to bend and do repetitive motions with hands/arms.
