3D Technician
Temp-Hire
2nd SHIFT (2:30pm-11:00pm) Monday through Friday
SUMMARY:
As the 3D Technician, you’ll have an important role as one of our team members tasked with ensuring the quality production of our products.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Setup and insert product into equipment. Remove product from equipment.
- Continuously inspect produced material for conformance to specifications. Identify and separate defective products.
- Must be able to troubleshoot quickly and make decisions on the fly to keep the shift running.
- Report problems with equipment or product to department supervisor or manager.
- Achieve or exceed levels of production that have been established for equipment type.
- Read and follow job instructions on work tickets for each job.
- Report production information to supervisor as requested.
- Comply with use of safety equipment and procedures at all times.
- Maintain neat and clean work area at all times.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to read and write to the level necessary to understand work tickets, policies, and procedures.
- Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to learn new technologies.
- Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Environmental Conditions:
The majority of the time would be spent in the facility areas with climate controlled moderate temperatures.
Physical Capabilities:
Frequently required to stand for long periods of time, walk, stretching, twisting, bending, handling equipment and lift items up to 20 pounds.
*Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening, a background check investigation, including a credit check, previous employment check, social security verification, and education check. Also, must be able to obtain government clearances as deemed by the company.
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00
