Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains knowledge of various leafy greens, celery, and other products.
• Enforces and adheres to all safety regulations as required by the position and the company’s safety

• Adheres to all current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) per the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
• Follows and enforces all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding production processing tasks and protocols.
• Ensures all actions are taken to prevent food from being contaminated.
• Trains and cross-trains personnel as they are assigned to the various areas of production; Ensures tasks can be completed properly and accurately.
• Removes debris on floors, removes trash, organizes, and puts away all materials at the end of the production day in preparation for Sanitation crew.
• Generally, these roles setup production lines and areas for daily success by preparing all necessary items prior to production start-up.
