Job Description
You are responsible for picking up your labels from the label room attendant, checking them to make sure they are correct and installing them on the printer. You will enter certain data (expiration date, batch numbers, ect). You then monitor as a conveyor belt of product goes into the printer and has the label applied to the package. Checking to follow up that the labels are printing correctly and are applied properly. This position is important because it sets the speed at which the pack out production line can work.
You will be trained in other areas of production to cover other positions as needed.
Requirements
Experience in food labeling or machine equipment
Able to read and write the English, language proficiently, Bilingual desired.
Able to work various shifts as needed. Able to work overtime when needed.
Must have attention to detail and be very organized.
Good communication skill with others.
Able to stand, stoop or bend for long periods of time.
Able to work in a cold loud environment for long periods of time
Able to lift 30lbs
